Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload for AI virtual staging are processed by our AI models to generate staged output images. These photos are not reviewed by Renderly staff, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and are encrypted in transit and at rest. After your staged images have been delivered, uploaded source photos are deleted from temporary processing storage within 30 days unless you have an active account where they are retained for your reference.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Renderly. Specifically:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To process your payments and deliver the virtual staging services you have purchased.
• To respond to your support requests, questions, and feedback.
• To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and account notifications.
• To send product updates, new features, and promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every message.
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the performance, accuracy, and design of the platform.

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors (Stripe): To securely process transactions. Stripe handles all payment card data under their own PCI-DSS compliant privacy policy.
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers: To operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics): To understand aggregate usage patterns. This data is anonymized and used only for improving the product.
• Law enforcement or government authorities: If required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Renderly or our users.
